New construction home in the beautiful historic neighborhood of Northwood in West Palm Beach Florida. This home was designed and built by CRE construction and the guest home was completely remodeled.

Historic Remodel
The original home was build in 1935. We worked closely with the City of West Palm Beach to insure the historical value of this house was restored and maintained. CRE Construction designed and developed the entire project. As an added bonus to this already beautiful property, we included a new master suite addition with a spacious bathroom and closet space for the new owners.
